What seems to be simple tasks such as making a meal, light housekeeping, offering a ride to a doctors appointment, or even visiting, start adding up. Eventually a few extra tasks turn into an entire lifestyle change. The caregiver can easily become exhausted and overwhelmed which takes away the joy in time spent with their loved one.
